ここ2，3日ニュースで取り上げられているアニサキス症。
新鮮な魚貝類であればあるほど、
その付着率が高まります。
おいしいところで食べられている方ほど高い罹患率。
さてアニサキス症の対策として従来は内視鏡で虫体除去が一番の治療といわれてきました。
ところがここで、民間療法の代表選手でもある正露丸（主成分：木クレオソート）によって、
アニサキス症による強いおなかの痛みがよくなったというお話がありました。
２０１１年に報告されているのですが、
もしかしたら民間療法の王者の正露丸ですから、
一般的にはすでに知られていたけど医療界の認知がただ遅かっただけという事情かもしれません。
アニサキスの虫体を取り出してきて、
ただの水の中に入れた場合と、正露丸を溶かした溶液に入れた場合とで比較してみました。
すると水だけの場合1時間以上動き続けたの対し、
正露丸1錠を水５ｍｌに溶かした場合は平均3分3秒、
水１０ｍｌにとかした場合は4分6秒、
水２０ｍｌにとかした場合は26分25秒でアニサキスの運動が停止しました。
人によって正露丸の必要量の微調整は必要ですが、
成人では木クレオソ－トを一日あたり２～２５ｍｇ/kg服用が好ましいとされているため、正露丸の最大服用量である一日9粒（木クレオソート４００ｍｇ）であれば十分効果が期待できるとされています。
アニサキス症によるおなかの痛みはかなりつらい痛みです。
アレルギー反応によるものととらえてステロイド剤や、抗ヒスタミン剤投与で緩和されるようになってきていました。
虫体を取り除くことは必要な治療ですが押さえるという点で、
民間療法で有名な正露丸で痛みだけでも緩和されるという情報は久々にヒットだなと思います。
